Sweepstakes Prize Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
This survey incentive is sponsored by The Florida Orchestra, located at 244 2nd Avenue North, Suite 420, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 (the “Sponsor”), whose Instagram handle is @thefloridaorchestra.org
Participation in the survey incentive is open to legal residents of the US, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, and hold permanent residence in the state of Florida. Employees, representatives, or agents of The Florida Orchestra and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.
Entry Period:
The entry period for the sweepstakes will begin on September 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will end on September 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM. (the “Entry Period”).
All survey submissions must be received during the Entry Period to qualify for the drawing.
How to Enter:
To participate, eligible individuals must complete the survey during the Entry Period and provide the necessary contact information (e.g., email address) at the end of the survey.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual will be disqualified.
Prize:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive two complimentary tickets for Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl in Concert (Presentation licensed by Disney Concerts. All rights reserved.), two tickets to Lost Pearl, and two tickets to Pirate Water Taxi. (Maximum value of $600)
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, offers a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 11, 2026.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the survey submission process within 10 days of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 30 days from the date the notification email is sent, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Conditions of Participation:
By participating in this survey incentive, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the survey incentive in the event of any technical failure or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree that The Florida Orchestra, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the survey or from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the survey will be used in accordance with The Florida Orchestra’s privacy policy. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering this incentive.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with The Florida Orchestra’s Terms of Use.
