John DiMura joined the orchestra in 1978. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami under the tutelage of Dr. Lucas Drew. Other notable teachers were Gaston Dufrense and Lee Eubank. DiMura is also an amateur French Horn player and is interested in music production and recording. Photography is also another interest that he enjoys.
