In recognition of national Mental Health Awareness Month, slow down and experience the restorative power of music at this special Inside the Music event — presented in partnership with Florida Blue.

Part of the orchestra’s ongoing commitment to health and wellness, the program begins with a relaxed, engaging conversation featuring Music Director Michael Francis and Dr. Naakesh Dewan, Vice President of Behavioral Health for Florida Blue. Together, they will explore how music can support emotional well-being, reduce stress and play a meaningful role in overall wellness.

The program concludes with a full performance of Brahms’ Symphony No. 4, unfolding as a deeply personal journey of struggle, reflection, resilience and, ultimately, acceptance.
