Mahler’s Resurrection Symphony: Masterworks

A powerful scene from the movie Maestro comes to life — when Leonard Bernstein (Bradley Cooper) is overwhelmed conducting a vast orchestra and chorus in the jaw-dropping conclusion to Mahler’s Symphony No. 2. Experience it yourself in an epic live performance, conducted by Music Director Michael Francis. One of Mahler’s most popular works, the symphony follows a narrative from death to life, beginning with a funeral march and building to a triumphant conclusion of redemption. Features The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay and four soloists.
